PRODUCT REVIEW: ELF "EVERYDAY EYE" EYESHADOW KIT

Hello everyone! I am reviewing this eye shadow kit given by my auntie last Christmas :). ELF is known for their affordable cosmetics. Let's see if this product has a good quality.

(Front Cover of the kit) It's very tempting to the eye with the glitters on it and the cute bow on the upper
left corner.

The list of the products included in the kit.
Step by Step Guide to make smokey eye using the eye shadow kit.
Closer look of the Step by Step Guide.
Eye shadows, Eye pencil, Eye shadow applicator (the kit includes  a mirror!! yepey!!)
Eye pencil swatch.
Upper row eye shadow swatches (from left to right)
Middle row eye shadow swatches (from left to right)
Lower row eye shadow swatches (from left to right)

Advantages:
- very affordable (399.75php)
- very pigmented color

Disadvantages:
- chalky texture
- lot of glitters ( in my opinion, it is supposed to be wearable for everyday look but i don't like glitters on my eye shadows for that kind of look.)
- not easy to blend

I think, Elf sacrifices its quality by producing cosmetics that are low cost. I really don't like Elf so far. Before, I bought their concealer and eyebrow gel and i really don't like it. It's not worth it to buy. How about you, do you have something to share about elf cosmetics? Feel free to comment below :). Thank you for reading! Have nice day :)

  1. I have the same palette... Yes, I agree that it tends to get too chalky! More product end up on the table top counter than on your eyelids! I love your blog! Specially the photos because they are so detailed and clear, I can really understand about your post. I followed you on GFC! Maybe you can come by mine too and maybe follow each other? :) Thank you for this post! I can't wait to read more of your posts. More power to you!

    XOXO
