I think, Elf sacrifices its quality by producing cosmetics that are low cost. I really don't like Elf so far. Before, I bought their concealer and eyebrow gel and i really don't like it. I have the same palette... Yes, I agree that it tends to get too chalky! More product end up on the table top counter than on your eyelids! I love your blog!
